E Visas

The E-Visa has two categories: Treaty Traders (E-1), and Treaty Investors (E-2). The first one, allows individuals or company employees to enter the U.S. to conduct international trade of goods, technology, and other services, mainly between the U.S. and their country of nationality. While the E-2 allows foreign investors with significant funds to invest in the U.S., for example to set up a business.
