L Visas

If you are expanding your business to the U.S. or being transferred to an existing U.S. business, this category may apply for you. L visas are available to employees working for companies outside the U.S. that have branches or joint venture partners in the U.S. The L Visa has two categories: L-1A Intracompany- Transferee Executive or Manager and L-1B- Intracompany Transferee Specialized Knowledge.
